Soma Sounds Wellness
Where Body and Mind find Stillness and Harmony
Fionnbharre Shotthafer
Fionnbharre Shotthafer is a certified Vibroacoustic practitioner, NLP practitioner, and mindfulness coach. His work is focused on helping people cultivate a healthier body and a more stable nervous system through the power of sound.
Fionnbharre was first introduced to the power of sound while serving as a sonar operator on a nuclear-powered submarine in the U.S. Navy. His training there was formative in understanding how sound moves through physical environments, particularly through water.
This early experience sparked a deeper interest in vibroacoustics and the ways sound affects the human body, which is composed of approximately 70% to 80% water. He later had the opportunity to study with one of the founders of Vibroacoustic Therapy, Olav Skille.
Over time, that curiosity evolved into a passion for handcrafted musical instruments, immersive sound journeys, and the therapeutic use of vibration to support deep relaxation, nervous system balance, and inner renewal.
Today, through Soma Sounds Wellness, he offers unique vibroacoustic experiences designed to help people rest deeply, reconnect with themselves, and experience the restorative potential of sound in a whole new way.

Lynley Welte
Lynley Welte is a Certified Clinical EFT/Tapping Practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for personal growth, spirituality, nervous system healing, From an early age, she felt drawn to the healing arts and spirituality. After learning to meditate at 21, she spent several years living at a meditation retreat center in Oregon, where she immersed herself in spiritual practice and selfless service. That experience shaped her belief that connection, presence, service, and a strong relationship with the source within are powerful foundations for a meaningful and joyful life.
Over the years, Lynley’s path has woven together meditation, somatic healing, massage therapy, sound healing, movement, women’s circles, and EFT/Tapping. Her work is grounded, compassionate, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping women feel safer in their bodies, calmer in their nervous systems, and more connected to their inner wisdom. She is especially passionate about supporting women who feel disconnected from their power, their desires, and their trust in themselves.
Through Clinical EFT/Tapping, Lynley helps women “tame their inner gremlins” — the inner voices, fears, and limiting beliefs that keep them stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life they truly want to create. Her work invites women to reconnect with their heart, their body, and their role as powerful co-creators of their lives.
Whether working one-on-one, in women’s circles, or through group tapping experiences, Lynley brings warmth, grounded presence, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity to heal, soften, and come home to themselves.
Lynley Welte actively leads the Roseburg's Women’s Circle, and serves as both a coach and facilitator.
