Where Body and Mind find Stillness and Harmony

What is Vibroacoustic Therapy?

Vibroacoustic therapy uses low-frequency sound vibrations delivered to the body through special sound transducers. These vibrations have an effect on various parts of the body through the principles of Resonance and Entrainment. Just as when you have 2 tuning forks of the same note.. when you strike one the other automatically begins to vibrate. The body responds the same to Vibroacoustic Therapy. This is called Sympathetic Resonance..

The backbone of Vibroacoustics are specific frequencies that have been studied and in use for over 40 years. In clinical trials and research it has been shown that they have been able to gently shift the body back into its healthy and parasympathetic harmonious state, and provided much needed relief.

It begins with stimulating nerve cells in the skin that send messages to the nervous system and then moves deeper into the body effecting various organs and tissues. This induces in our body what is known as the relaxation response. This is the response our body is looking for to begin the process of healing and repair where we shift back into the parasympathetic nervous system state.

Many people find that through regular sessions of Vibroacoustic Therapy they are able to experience relief from symptoms of some chronic ailments and gain a better quality of life.
