Returns & Refunds policy

Session Bookings

Private session bookings may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable, except in cases of emergency

No-shows are non-refundable.

Sound Bath Tickets

Tickets for group sound baths are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Within 48 hours of the event, tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another available date.

If Soma Sounds Wellness cancels or reschedules an event, guests will be offered a full refund.

Memberships and Packages

For future memberships or package sessions, specific renewal and cancellation terms will be provided
