Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Soma Sounds Wellness, we are committed to creating a supportive and restorative experience for

Session Bookings

Private session bookings may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refu

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable, except in cases of emerg

No-shows are non-refundable.

Sound Bath Tickets

Tickets for group sound baths are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Within 48 hours of the event, tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another available date

If Soma Sounds Wellness cancels or reschedules an event, guests will be offered either a full refund

Memberships and Packages

For future memberships or package sessions, specific renewal and cancellation terms will be provide

Merchandise

Physical merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
