This is a booking for a Group Vibroacoustic Sound Bath. There will be anywhere between 5 and 30 people participating. It all happens on the floor at Body Ballance Yoga in Roseburg Oregon.
It is recommended that you bring a comfortable pillow and wear loose comfortable clothing. Your also encouraged to bring your favorite comfortable blanket if you have one. Blankets and pillows will be provided if you dont have one or forget it. Please show up 15 minutes before the session starts so as not to interrupt the serenity of others. If you are late you will not be let in. The session lasts 1 hour but there will be a half hour integration time at the end to allow you truly receive what has been given.
