The Soma 7
A 7-Session Vibroacoustic Therapy Series
One session can introduce you to the deeply calming experience of Vibroacoustic Therapy. But meaningful change often comes through consistency.
The Soma 7 is a series of seven Vibroacoustic Therapy sessions designed to give your body and nervous system time to become familiar with a deeper state of rest and regulation.
Rather than treating each visit as an isolated experience, we use the seven sessions as a progression. We can observe how your body responds, make adjustments along the way, and explore what changes as the experience becomes more familiar.
Your series may also include HeartMath HRV measurements, giving us another way to observe changes in nervous system activity before and after your sessions.
Your 7-Session Series Includes
• Seven individual Vibroacoustic Therapy sessions
• A consistent, personalized approach throughout the series
• Heart Rate Variability measurements when appropriate
• Progress observations and adjustments along the way
• A final review of your experience and response
Save 10% when you purchase the complete 7-session series.
If you are looking for more than a single relaxing experience and would like to explore what consistent Vibroacoustic Therapy may offer, The Soma 7 is a wonderful place to begin.
